Belgrove Distillery is a farm based distillery, established in 2010 by Peter Bignell when he discovered he had surplus rye grain that he couldn’t sell. The distillery is very environmentally conscious, focusing on renewable energy from waste cooking oil and solar power.

Belgrove Distillery has won many international awards including best whisky in the southern hemisphere 2019 from Jim Murray’s Whisky Bible, plus the Icons of Whisky Craft Producer of the Year in both 2019 and 2020.
