Helping others to learn from my mistakes.
Craig Fyfe is a born and bred Tasmanian, married with 3 grown up children and spent 32 years of his working life with the iconic company Roberts Limited. He started out as a storeman sweeping the floor and worked his way up the food chain to become the General Manager of 14 rural supplies retail outlets. His first management role was back in a time where you were thrown the keys to a company car and told “Good-luck!”
He has developed sought after skills and experience in the areas of leadership, business management, continuous improvement, staff engagement (accountability) and operational excellence, and whilst he readily admits he made mistakes along the way, he has learned from those experiences and wants to share his knowledge with others.
As a management consultant for Browsup Consulting, Craig facilitates a hands-on business improvement program centered on organisational structure, resource management, competency development and staff engagement, all of which have a profound impact on bottom-line performance and operational culture.
Why the name Browsup?
When people contact us, eyebrows are down, staff are frustrated and the manager is almost at wits end. When our job is done, eyebrows are up, staff are happy and everything is humming!
