Our family farm grows Black Angus grass fed beef, and if you know Mum it’s all about the grass! Good grass makes happy cows and tasty beef. You can order a 5kg or 10kg box of fresh beef cuts each month, packed for two and ready for your favourite recipe.

10kg Beef Box – Standard $195 or Cryovaced $217

This box has a selection of cuts from the whole animal and will fit into a standard upright freezer, great to share with the family and will include:

• Steaks selected from: Porterhouse steak, Scotch Fillet, Tbone, Rump and the occasional Eye Fillet.
• Topside Roast or Silverside (uncorned),
• Diced beef (perfect for a casserole),
• A specialty cut such as Flat brisket, American Style Ribs or Italian Osso Bucco.
•  And prime Mince, low fat and preservative free.

5kg Box – $105 Standard or $121 Cryovaced

Perfect for a taste or a smaller family this box gives you the full range of cuts with less volume. Great for those that just need a taste of beef. The box will include:

• 1 medium Topside or Silverside Roast
• 2 packs of steak; Rump, Tbone, Round, Scotch or Blade steak
• Diced beef and Prime Mince
• And a specialty cut such as American Ribs, Osso bucco (be sure to mention what your favourite is)

Each box will vary slightly each time depending on orders and the animal, be sure to let us know if you have a favourite cut.
