Our Tasmanian family owned business is based in the charming village of Allens Rivulet.
We pride ourselves on sourcing all our berries within Tasmania and all our fruit is prepared by hand. We still cook all our jams in small batches to believe these practices achieve a preserve ‘just like grandma made’.
Our jams have won numerous medals at the Royal Hobart Fine Food Awards, Melbourne Fine Food Awards and Australian Fine Food Awards.
Our products are available in over 50 outlets around the state and available most Saturdays at the Salamanca Markets, site 141.
