Mures Tasmania is a vertically integrated, Tasmanian family business that incorporates three seafood restaurants, a 23-meter customer-built fishing vessel and a processing & wholesaling division. We primarily fish for sustainable species such as Blue Eye Trevalla, Pink Ling, Gemfish, Alfonsino, Ocean Perch, and Deep Sea Cod. Our catch is then processed, prepared, and served to our customers in all three restaurants providing them with a complete hook-to-plate experience. What we do not catch ourselves we source from other responsibly managed fisheries and seafood producers.
